Overseas Contractors Department was established in the year of 2006, relying on the "ETDZ" strong brand, it has been authorized by the National Ministry of the Commerce the B-class qualification to implement the Foreign-Assistance Project and qualification to undertaking the Contract Project with Foreign Countries. Overseas contractors Department of Ningbo ETDZ Holdings Ltd. is one of the few companies those who are eligible in undertaking both two business in NINGBO.
Overseas Contract Department responds positively to the National Strategy of "Going Out”, and to participate in various projects tender. So far, we have got several achievements in the area.
In addition to providing Professional Engineering Commercial Feasibility Studies, Design & Contractors, as well as Consummate Cooperation Construction Quality, our department also continued to enter into alliance with several of international professional companies, government and semi-government organization in undertaking those projects. Through a variety of own channels, had superscripted our company as the direct target of the several projects negotiation. Our department has created a good environment of a positive support for the Contract Project with Foreign Countries. We are actively exploring overseas markets together.
Currently our department is carrying out the projects covers Electrical Equipment & Systems, Water Engineering, Oil &Gas Industry, Iron &Steel Industry, Construction Industry, and other fields.
The cooperation form is in accordance with the international general form including EPCC，BOT, etc.
海外工程事业部成立于2006年，依托“亿泰”的强大品牌，目前已取得商务部认定的对外援助物资项目B级实施资格和对外承包工程经营资格，是宁波目前少数几家有资格同时参与上述两项业务的公司之一。
部门自成立以来积极响应国家制定的“走出去”的战略方针，踊跃参与各类项目的投标工作,也取得了一定的成绩。
部门除致力于提供专业的工程商务规划及完善的合作实施品质外，还不断与各类国际专业公司、官方、半官方机构结盟，通过部门自身多种渠道，促进我方直接作为工程议标对象，营造各合作单位开展海外承包工程事业的良好氛围，共同积极开拓海外市场。
目前部门所接洽的工程项目涵盖电力工程设施、水利工程、市政工程建设等多个领域。
合作方式包括EPCC，BOT等国际通用方式。 |
